1. Promotion Overview

Triple T Café is offering eligible customers the opportunity to enter a prize draw to win one (1) return economy-class air ticket to Bali, operated by Jetstar, when purchasing eligible products during the promotion period.

Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to Australian residents aged 16 years or over
  • Entrants under 18 years must have parental or guardian consent
  • Employees of Triple T Café and their immediate family members are not eligible
  • Proof of age and identity may be required

3. Promotional Period

  • Start: 8 January 2026
  • End: 28 February 2026
  • Entries received outside this period will not be accepted

4. How to Enter

To receive one (1) entry into the draw, customers must:

  • Make a single transaction of $14.00 AUD or more in one invoice
  • Purchase any eligible coffee, breakfast, or lunch item from Triple T Café
  • Submit their details via:
    • Online order
    • In-store QR code
    • Official website entry form

Multiple qualifying transactions may result in multiple entries.

5. Prize Details

Prize: One (1) return economy-class air ticket to Bali with Jetstar

Ticket validity: Up to six (6) months from date of issue

The prize:

  • Is non-transferable
  • Is not redeemable for cash
  • Cannot be exchanged

The prize does not include:

  • Accommodation
  • Travel insurance
  • Visa fees
  • Meals
  • Transfers
  • Spending money

Travel is subject to Jetstar availability, fare rules, and blackout dates.

Winner is responsible for:

  • Holding a valid passport
  • Meeting visa and travel requirements

6. Draw Details

  • Draw Date: 2 March 2026
  • Draw Location: Darwin, Northern Territory
  • Winner will be selected randomly
  • Winner will be notified via email and/or phone
  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a redraw may be conducted

7. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their first name and suburb for promotional purposes by Triple T Café, unless prohibited by law.

8. Disqualification

Triple T Café reserves the right to disqualify any entry that:

  • Is incomplete or incorrect
  • Contains false or misleading information
  • Involves tampering or misconduct
  • Breaches these Terms & Conditions

9. Liability & Consumer Rights

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Triple T Café is not responsible for:

  • Lost, delayed, or corrupted entries
  • Technical or system errors
  • Airline delays, cancellations, or schedule changes

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Changes or Cancellation

Triple T Café reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances arise beyond reasonable control.

Any changes will be published on the official website.

This promotion is governed by the laws of the Northern Territory, Australia.
